One thing that is very important to Portland Window Cleaning is our employee safety. We require OSHA approved safety hard hats when our employees step onto a ladder. When appropriate we also use safety harnesses in conjunction with a roof anchor provides great fall protection. We use only OSHA approved safety harnesses as well as the fall protection shock cord.

One way we have really moved towards employee safety is the use of water fed poles. These clean the windows better than any traditional method in most cases. We have used this system for almost 4 years with exceptional results. Water fed poles use a specialized pole and brush agitate the dirt and grime off of the windows and when rinsed leaves a perfect streak-free shine every time.

The benefits of using this system for the homeowner is there is no sticky soap residue left on the window glass after we are finished. Pollen and dust take longer to stick to a clean piece of glass rather than one with a sticky soap film. The brush can also scrub the frame and track as well as flush the window drain. Overtime your windows will stay cleaner longer using the deionized water water fed pole system over a traditional squeegee and scrubber.
